Year and Peace Quilts: Irene MacWilliam - including a retrospective of 20 years in textile art

Since 1985, Irene MacWilliam, from Belfast, has been working with appliqué, machine embroidery and quilt making processes. Always interested in making original designs, her work employs hand-dyed fabrics, computer printed textiles and non fabric materials such as tea bags, coke cans and paper. These projects include sculptural and three-dimensional pieces.
