THE MALL EAST, ARMAGH, NORTHERN IRELAND BT61 9BE, TEL +44 (0)28 3752 3070
By guessing the function of objects used during the second world war, pupils gain an insight into what life was like in Northern Ireland over 60 years ago. The session also examines how older domestic objects worked, contrasting homes in the past with homes today. Themes include washing, cleaning, ironing and food.
Work sheets usually finished back in class or as part of slightly longer visit.
